Our gastronomic quenelles are prepared in a purely traditional way. They are pure butter and made with whole eggs called "Cocon". 

They are made of soft wheat flour which gives them a soufflé appearance.

Different flavours are available :
- Pike
- Pike, morel mushroom and prawn
