Saint Jean presents its organic version of the quenelle, a gastronomic speciality from the Rhone Alpine area, made using organic ingredients.




Plain quenelles :

Vegetables soufflé :

Saint Jean is launching an organic vegetable quenelle dish that is unique on the market. The dish contains peas, turnips, green beans and carrots. Savour this new product, which contributes to a balanced diet.

The quenelles are sheathed in paper from sustainably managed forests,
bleached without chlorine and printed with vegetable ink.
Take part in our environmental approach by recycling the container and the paper.



The AB label (French Organic Label) assures the specifications are respected and that organic ingredients are used during the manufacturing of our products.
