In the heart of the Dauphiné, Saint Jean is ideally located to promote the region’s specialities. Bordering Provence and Savoie, the area is renowned for its gastronomy. There are many astonishing regional specialities including raviole and quenelles.
Today, Saint Jean undertakes to guarantee the quality of its products through numerous quality and standard certifications.
The Dauphiné raviole proved its high quality by obtaining the LABEL ROUGE in 1998.

Saint Jean is committed to protecting the environment, reducing its energy consumption and sorting and reducing waste.
Our Romans site has been ISO 14 001 certified (environmental standard) since July 2007.
