Roquefort

Roquefort has had the AOC (Appellation d’Origin Contrôlée) certificate since 1925. Find all the flavour of a cheese with a unique taste in this creamy sauce that will amaze more than a Roquefort lover.

You can use it to top your pasta or try the Roquefort sauce with white fish or a piece of beef.

Morels

Morels that has found its place in many dishes owing to its low fat content and being rich in fibre and taste.

Saint Jean morel sauce gives you the full flavour of this mushroom that goes wonderfully with white meat!

Crayfish
